At Snazzydot, we want both you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange. Here's how it works:
Returns Made Easy:
- 30 Days to Decide: We know your pet's happiness matters. If the product isn’t a perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to send it back.
- Product Condition: Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and ready to find a new home. We can’t accept returns on items that have been chewed, scratched, or “marked” by your pet.
- What Can’t Be Returned: For health and safety reasons, some items aren’t returnable, including:
- Opened food and treats
- Used bedding
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Start by getting in touch with our friendly team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Pack It Up: Make sure the item is securely packaged so it arrives back to us in one piece. If possible, include your order confirmation or a copy of it in the package.

Send It Back: Once we’ve given you the green light, send the item to the address provided by our team.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure it gets to us safely. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake.
Refunds:
- Quick & Easy: As soon as we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
- Original Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we can’t refund the original shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (like a defective or incorrect item).
- Need Help with Your Refund?: If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still need help, email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.
Exchanges:
Want to exchange something? No problem! Just drop us a line at [email protected], and we’ll help you find the right product. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll refund your original purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, or if something’s not working as it should, let us know right away at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a return at no cost to you, and you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
International Returns:
If you’re outside the UK, we’re happy to accept returns too! Just be aware that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Don’t forget to mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs charges—we wouldn’t want you to have to pay those.
