Delivery is to the UK Mainland only.

Free Delivery on Orders over £99, and £6.99 for orders under £99.  

 

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

All the items on our website should show the estimated delivery time which are all given in good faith. If you notice a product without an estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to give you an accurate estimated delivery time.  All orders received before our 5.30pm cut-off, will be processed the same working day (Monday to Friday). All orders placed after this time, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available working day. We always try to deliver your items at the earliest opportunity. Many of our products are delivered the next day. To avoid disappointment, we quote 3-5 days on most products, but we find on average, it takes 2-3 days for the majority of orders to be delivered.

 

What time, and which days do you deliver on?

Deliveries will only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. You will usually receive advance notification from the courier. If you would like to know when your order will arrive, you can email us at [email protected] and our customer service team will do their best to help you.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to addresses within UK Mainland. For a few specific (awkward freight) products delivered to the Highlands of Scotland, a small extra charge may apply. If there are any issues, we will contact you as soon as any they are flagged up, after your order is placed. Alternatively, you can use our live-chat facility where our customer service are standing by to help with any questions you may have.

 

Delivery access

As per standard transport practises, deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises.

If you would like delivery to another floor, you can select this in the basket and an optional installation fee will apply. If this option is not available, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] where our customer services will be able to help as we can usually get a price for this enhanced service.

Problems with deliveries

We use standard UK couriers for most of our items, and unfortunately damages can, and do happen. If this is the case, please send an email to our customer services team as soon as the item is received to: [email protected] and we will deal with this for you as a priority.

It would help us enormously if you could attach a photo of the damage that you are reporting to us, in your email.
